The purpose of this article is to help you, possibly an inexperienced user, to transfer all of your Live Mail messages with attachments to Microsoft Outlook or an Outlook PST file. From a technical standpoint, this is a fairly complex process. Fortunately, the Live Mail to Outlook Transfer software makes it a snap by automating nearly all of its parts.
To import Windows Live Mail to Outlook you need to follow the simple instructions provided below. Ideally, you need both mail systems installed on the same machine. However, you can use the program without Live Mail to perform the email conversion on another computer.
The method works for Microsoft Outlook , , , , and older. If you use Windows 10 to import Windows Live Mail into Outlook, the following instruction applies only if you installed Live Mail manually or you have saved email files and folders from the previously installed Live Mail.
